Introducing: Summer Cooking Classes by Alejandra!

I am beyond excited to announce that I've just launched a series of really fun cooking classes in New York City this summer!

Each of my classes will be very hands-on with just 8 students per class, so you're guaranteed plenty of personal instruction and a chance to try a variety of recipes and techniques. The classes are going to be held in a professional kitchen in midtown Manhattan, and will be structured in a dinner party style, which means that we'll actually be cooking a full meal together under my instruction, and will then sit down to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Unless otherwise specified, all the classes will feature paired cocktails or wine, so come ready to enjoy! (Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.)

Just like the recipes that I post here on the blog, the classes are all going to be focused on cooking from scratch with real, whole, fresh, and seasonal ingredients.  I'll be covering a variety of topics and cuisines, and featuring the kinds of recipes that I love to make again and again.

I just scheduled and posted my first two classes for the summer season and have included brief descriptions below. Be sure to click the links to read more and (hopefully!) register for the class.

As a personal request, I'm just getting this little venture of mine started, so I'd love it if you'd help spread the word by sharing the link on Facebook and/or Twitter, and emailing it to any friends or coworkers you think might be interested in taking some really great cooking classes. I guarantee you will have an amazing time and learn a bunch of great new recipes!

Thank you all so much for your amazing support!! I wouldn't be able to do this without you!

xoxo

Alejandra

P.S. Remember that each of my classes is only open to 8 students, so if you're interested, don't hesitate! Sign up right away and claim your spot! If the class you want is sold out, e-mail me and I'll add you to a waiting list in case someone can't make it (+ give you first dibs on the next one).
