***Global Summer Favorites
Saturday, July 30th, 10:30AM - 2:00PM
Celebrate the flavors of the season with a twist on classic summer favorites. In this class you'll learn how to add a global twist to classic recipes using spices, herbs, and simple cooking techniques. Learn recipes that will work for both easy weeknight dinners and effortless weekend entertaining. Along with the dishes, we'll enjoy a selection of specially paired wines.

In this class we'll make:
Banh Mi Style Grass-Fed Beef Sliders with Quick Homemade Cucumber Pickles
Tuna Tartare Lettuce Wraps with Spicy Asian Mayo
Sweet Corn, Black Bean, and Avocado Salad
Smoked Lime Shrimp Skewers
Spiced Mexican Chocolate Brownies
Fresh Raspberry Mint Lemonade 



***Meatless Monday: Vegetarian Weeknight Basics
Monday, August 8th, 7:00PM to 10:30PM
Whether you're looking to save money, reduce your carbon footprint, or simply eat more vegetables and grains after an indulgent weekend, going meatless one day a week is a great way to get started. 
Learn recipes for easy vegetarian weeknight dishes that are so good you won't even realize the meat is missing! You'll learn how to choose and select in-season vegetables, how to prep and store them, and how to cook them in order to bring out the best flavor.

We'll be cooking everything from scratch and using fresh, seasonal, and organic ingredients. (Note: recipes will include eggs and dairy, but no soy, fish, or processed meat substitutes.)
Along with the dishes, we'll enjoy a selection of specially paired wines.

In this class we'll make:
Chipotle Mushroom Tacos
Seasonal Vegetable Ravioli in Brown Butter Sauce
Roasted Tomato Quinoa Salad
Pan-Seared Halloumi with Arugula and Mango Salad, Citrus Dressing

***Affordable Entertaining: The Budget Cocktail Party
Saturday, August 13, 7PM - 10:30PM
Entertaining doesn't have to break the bank! Learn how to throw an impressive cocktail party on a tight budget. In this class you'll learn recipes that make use of affordable ingredients, tips for stretching out pricier cuts, and effortless ways to put everything together so you can enjoy maximum time with your guests. I'll also share some of my favorite NYC resources for inexpensive entertaining supplies and give you ideas for decorations that will make your party a night to remember. Along with the dishes, we'll enjoy a selection of specially paired wines.

In this class we'll make:
Mini Cuban Steak Sandwiches with Pickled Red Onions
