You Can Make That? Homemade Condiments & Other Treats

Looking for something different to do this weekend? Come to my brunch party & cooking class!

I'm hosting a fun cooking class/ brunch party tomorrow and I still have a few seats available. The topic is "homemade condiments."

I'm going to be leading hands-on lessons teaching all how to make homemade, from-scratch versions of a variety of grocery store pantry staples like Nutella, ketchup, salad dressings, mayonnaise, and more. Store bought versions of these products, while delicious, are often full of excessive sugar or salt, high fructose corn syrup, msg, preservatives, and lots of other unhealthy additives. Learning to make from-scratch versions at home will help you avoid those nasty hidden ingredients, not to mention help you save a lot of money!

Plus, there is definitely a brag factor in being able to say, "Yeah, I totally made that myself."

In addition to the class, I'm going to be serving a full brunch including various egg dishes, oven fried potatoes (for ketchup and mayo testing purposes!), freshly baked breads, fresh fruit, crudite, lemonade, and champagne cocktails.

I'm also providing little glass mason jars (heading to the store now to buy them!) so you can all take home some of the treats we make in class.
