I just finished up Candy Freak, by Steve Almond. Loved reading about his trips to different candy factories. I picked up Bernard Clayton's Complete Book of Pasties at a booksale over the weekend, and Steingarten's It Must Have Been Something I Ate.

I am reading three books at the moment. Would that get me three entries? ;) No? Oh, well, I had to try! :) I am reading Kafka's Soup -A Complete History of World Literature in 14 Recipes by Mark Crick(I think you would love this book. Do check it out, if you have not read it already.), The Little Stranger by Sarah Waters, and Stillness (a collection of short stories about life in war-torn Yugoslavia in the 1990s') by Courtney Angela Brkic.

Right now I'm reading Martha Stewart's Cupcakes...it's sad I really haven't been able to get into any books since Andrew was diagnosed with an autistic disorder - most cookbooks, magazines and books about his disorder. I use to read a book or two a week -- but I especially loved food related books! I've been doing a major purge of my house - so much stuff - so little space.
