One thing I do is freeze any...These are great tips! One thing I do is freeze any leftover meat bones (chicken, beef etc.) for use to make stock as well as any lobster, crab and shrimp shells for shellfish stock. When I have time I make a huge batch of stock and freeze it. <br /><br />I'm also a huge fan of composting and by doing so I have reduced my waste by over half. My garden loves it and I have less garbage. There are very efficient, small kitchen composters widely available if you don't have time to commit to the larger ones.
