I've edited the recipe to include the missing items, but just so you know it's 1/3 cup sugar (although you can add a bit more or less depending on your taste!)

And the pumpkin goes in with the eggs and oil.

The thing to remember too is keeping an eye on the dough as you're adding flour to it. Sometimes it will seem sticky but once you start kneading it will come together nicely. Add the flour in bit by bit until you get a nice springy but not sticky consistency.

Enjoy!Alejandra Ramoshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01188236667131395996noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-720533874747570790.post-67823911249448910902008-10-23T12:49:00.000-04:002008-10-23T12:49:00.000-04:00let me just say first of all- i made your coconut ...let me just say first of all- i made your coconut flour brownies, and loved them. i've made them a few times- since i feel so much non-guilt about eating them. tee hee! ok- this pumpkin challah recipe looks great and i want to make it BAD- but, i have two questions- how much sugar do you put in it ( i don't see it in the ingredients) and do you use white or brown? also- when do you add the pumpkin and the spices- if i'm not mistaken, I didn't see those steps in the recipe. Please tell me your secrets- I must have this pumpkin challah french toast this Sunday!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-720533874747570790.post-13829503204093462192008-10-23T12:15:00.000-04:002008-10-23T12:15:00.000-04:00congrats on the cookthink questionnaire!I should r...congrats on the cookthink questionnaire!

I should really make challah again: I like mine with dried cranberries.Olgahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14272849981052077296noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-720533874747570790.post-34162857747189583892008-10-22T00:07:00.000-04:002008-10-22T00:07:00.000-04:00My personal fave was the challah French toast with...My personal fave was the challah French toast with the spicy/sweet bacon. mmm bacon ::drool::Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-720533874747570790.post-42070010052355354992008-10-21T23:37:00.000-04:002008-10-21T23:37:00.000-04:00Hi Amy, Yes, you braid only from the right.
