I changed it a lot to suit me- no meat and I added a can of kidney beans, green pepper, and an onion. I didn't add the fourth cup of water because it seemed like too much. I ended up using some corn starch to make it really thick. The flavor was AMAZING but a little too spicy for me, I'll use less spices next time. I couldn't really taste the pumpkin either. But I will definitely be making this regularly this winter!
